Benefits of a Heat Pump

Heat pumps are a year-round, value for money appliance.
Heat pumps represent excellent value because they both heat and cool so your investment is working for you 12 months of the year, plus they are very economical to run.  Heat pumps also filter the air and act as a circulating fan, and some models have special features that further enhance the freshness of the air in the room.

Heat pumps are easy to use and exceptionally convenient.
A heat pump enables you to increase or decrease the temperature of your room, or switch from heating to cooling in an instant and at the push of a button on the remote control.  Heat pumps can heat up or cool down a room within a few minutes, then, once the room reaches your preferred temperature, the heat pump will maintain that temperature for as long as you require it to.  You can even leave your heat pump on when you go out and it won’t cost you a fortune to have the luxury of returning home to a comfortable temperature.

Heat pumps offer unbeatable energy efficiency.
In winter, a heat pump produces up to 3 units of heat for every unit of electrical energy used, making them the cheapest heating appliance to run.  Heat pumps are more efficient (and superior for numerous other reasons) than any other form of heating you can put in your home.

Heat pumps are safe, clean and environmentally friendly.
With no flames or hot element, heat pumps present no risk of burns or fire, and they can safely be left on while you’re out or asleep.  Heat pumps don’t create smoke, ashes or any other waste material and they’re less of a drain on electricity supplies because they’re so energy efficient.  Only very simple and occasional cleaning is required, which you can easily do yourself.
